Bethell's Bridge

Bethell's bridge the only remaining operational swing bridge on the Navigation. The public highway ends at this bridge beyond is a private road; farm access only.

The turn table on this bridge came from Brigham bridge, the bridge has now got a weight limit on it as the years have taken there toll. Boaters will however be pleased to know that is easy to operate and swings quite freely, operation is by cables attached to a winch.
